ONTO YAPI was established in Istanbul in 2017 by Civil Engineer Bekir Parlayan. He carried his maritime activities, which continued as a passion until 2020, to the professional arena with ONTO YACHTING. Afterwards, they gathered the project management under a single power by acting with their expert colleagues in different units in order to compete with the current market conditions brought by the sector. In order to meet and respond to the needs of the sector in terms of solution partnership, turnkey projects, guarantorship, project management, and meeting the needs of the sector with the mission they have acquired, the company ONTO ENERJİ started its operations in 2021 with Electrical Engineer Hüseyin Baldereli, who took charge in high-level projects in Turkey and abroad in terms of electro-mechanics. Later on, Hakan Ergüner, who took part in many international projects in the construction sector, especially in rough construction, and assumed the project management, and ONTO KABA, and in 2022, Erdal Aydın, the founder of Atay Çelik, and ONTO METAL companies were established in order to create fast and solid structures in a short time, which has become the requirement of the modern age. With all these solution partners, ONTO HOLDING started its operations in Istanbul in 2022.
